2018年5月18日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對(duì)LED照明及電源（Certain Led Lighting Devices， Led Power Supplies， And Components Thereof，案件號(hào)337－TA－1081）作出337調(diào)查部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2018年5月2日作出的初裁（Order No． 42）不予復(fù)審，即基于雙方協(xié)議和解，終止對(duì)美國(guó)Wangs Alliance Corporation（經(jīng)營(yíng)名為 WAC Lighting Co． of Port Washington， NY）和中國(guó)上海WAC Lighting （Shanghai） Co． Ltd． of Shanghai， China．調(diào)查。
2018年4月23日，申請(qǐng)方和國(guó)Wangs Alliance Corporation（經(jīng)營(yíng)名為 WAC Lighting Co． of Port Washington， NY）和中國(guó)上海WAC Lighting （Shanghai） Co． Ltd． of Shanghai， China．提出聯(lián)合動(dòng)議，要求基于雙方和解終止對(duì)兩企業(yè)的調(diào)查。2018年5月2日，ITC作出初裁，批準(zhǔn)該動(dòng)議。此后沒有利益相關(guān)方提出異議。
2017年11月8日，根據(jù)美國(guó)Phillips Lighting North America Corp． of Somerset， New Jersey和荷蘭 Phillips Lighting Holding B．V． of Eindhoven， Netherlands提出的337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，即其主張美國(guó)Feit Electric Company， Inc．， of Pico Rivera， California、美國(guó)Edgewell Personal Care Brands， LLC of Shelton， Connecticut、中國(guó)福建Feit Electric Company， Inc． （China） of Xiamen， China、美國(guó)Lowe’s Companies of Mooresville、美國(guó)North Carolina、美國(guó)LG Sourcing of North Wilkesboro， North Carolina、美國(guó)MSi Lighting， Inc． of Boca Raton， Florida （“MSi Lighting”） 、美國(guó) Satco Products， Inc． of Brentwood， New York、美國(guó)Topaz Lighting Corp． of Holtsville， New York、美國(guó) Wangs Alliance Corporation d／b／a WAC Lighting Co． of Port Washington， New York、中國(guó)上海WAC Lighting （Shanghai） Co． Ltd．， of Shanghai， China．等侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國(guó)專利注冊(cè)號(hào)為s． 6，586，890、 7，038，399、7，256，554、 7，262，559、8，070，328），美國(guó)ITC投票決定正式對(duì)本案啟動(dòng)337立案調(diào)查。
